Shipping Policy

All orders ship from Canada within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it door to door.

  • Free tracked shipping on all orders over $80 CAD. Shipping for orders under $80 is calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary by location. Your tracking link always shows the most up-to-date estimated arrival.

What if something goes wrong?
If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of shipping, email us at novexvii@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll sort it out with you directly, replacement or refund. You won’t be left chasing the carrier alone.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
