Changed your mind? No stress. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange. Items need to be unworn, in original condition and packaging. Just email novexvii@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll get you sorted.

• Refunds go back to your original payment method once we’ve received and checked your return.
• Return shipping is covered by the customer. We recommend a tracked service so your return doesn’t go missing.
• Sale items are final sale. Gift cards can’t be returned.

Damaged or defective?
Send us a photo within 30 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. No need to ship anything back.
